I have never liked superstitious sayings, for example, “A rainy wedding day signifies that you will have a lot of money.” What I do like, is that no matter what the weather decides to do, a wedding is meant to be enjoyed! Nevertheless, in all weather, it is important to consider a timeline and be prepared with some backup plans to deal with certain situations. It is also important to make time for portraits. We can always find a good location to take beautiful photos.
The wedding day for Simona & Primož started with rain. After some preparation for the main event, we took time for their portrait session. We began with photos under a nearby hayrack and later continued at a location on the road surrounded by meadows. Many times, a small space with beautiful light, is enough to create amazing photos. Despite the bad weather, all the guests joined in the celebration with good will, laughter and light hearts!
