Posestvo Vratarič wedding
Weddings at posestvo Vratarič are defenitely one a fovorite. It si one of the most amazing places in northeastern Slovenia. What is mostly appealing are the warm and simple vibes. Also the surrounding area has so many options for taking lovely photos.
For this wedding the civil ceremony took place in the meadow under the trees. It provided a good place to take photos of the couple despite a harsh sun. Dinner was held outside under a canopy, which was just the right thing as we were able to keep watch the best light to take sunset photos.
This wedding stands out in my memory particulary because of the couple. I have known Darko for a long time, and was so very happy when I received his request to photograph his wedding. He and his bride devoted a lot of time to each detail which they largely prepared themselves.
The whole wedding was very relaxed, and my contribution ended with the cutting of the cake under a tree decorated with fairy lights. It was truly magical. It is certainly among the featured cake cutting scenes. I also set up the photo booth, which made for great fun as I took photos of the guests.
