Gostišče Iršič wedding
Jasna and Gregor enjoyed a very relaxed celebration at Gostišče Iršič. Their wedding will remain in my memory, as a kind of starting point for how I want to do photography at weddings. We had plenty of time for all the family photos as well as photos with guests.
We were also able to take advantage of short breaks for grabbing some photos when lighting and location were at their best.
In all this, what I like the most is that there were no moments when the wedding guests missed the bride and groom! And all the while, we were able to make the most of good lighting conditions for taking photos.
The church wedding was in the church of St. Rok in Šmarje pri jelšah, certainly one of my favorites Slovenian churches because of the overall interior look. We continued in the Iršič inn. The civil ceremony unfolded in the middle of a meadow. It is a beautiful location, as there are no distracting elements in the surroundings that would complicate the conditions for a good photo.
At sunset, we took the time to photograph the bride and groom, and then continued with the feasting, entertainment, and with my photo booth.
