Wedding at river Krka
Špela and Marko are a very relaxed couple and so was their wedding at river Krka. The whole event took place in Kostanjevica ob Krki, first with a feast at home, where they have a beautiful garden. In addition to the pleasant gathering of the wedding guests in the shade of a walnut tree, we used the time for family photos.
We continued in the nearby church of St. Jakob and with the civil ceremony along the river Krka. The location is really beautiful. They were married between two trees right next to the river.
As the sunset was approaching, we went to take their photos, and in the meantime, the wedding guests were feasting and enjoying the photo booth I brought with me.
The celebration took place in the Žolnir Inn, which was only a few minute’s walk away. I really enjoy weddings where there is not much driving involved, and everything happens in one place or the immediate vicinity. There is much more time left for the wedding guests to socialize and no rushing about.
